Aquino's Birrieria was founded by Gustavo Aquino & My family during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The reason for its creation was a form of financial support to help with expenses after losing all of our jobs in the restaurant industry. The first official menu item is our popular Carne Asada Street Tacos and after the viral craze of Birria all over instagram the Quesabirria Cheesy Taco was born and it has since become the number one selling menu item here at the restaurant.
